Fig, Ricotta & Honey Bruschetta

RECIPE

Ingredients:

Serves 2

1 baguette, sliced into 6 pieces (4cm)

3 tablespoons smooth ricotta

1 pear, finely sliced lengthwise

3 figs, finely sliced lengthwise

1/4 cup walnuts, crushed

1 tablespoon raw honey

Method

Toast baguette slices and plate. Layer each piece with smooth ricotta, one pear slice and two fig slices.

Sprinkle crushed walnuts on top and drizzle with honey. Enjoy immediately!
